No legal bar
Parsis have not reserved or held back any secrets of their religious lore. Many scholars in the West as well as the East have studied Parsi (Zoroastrian) scriptures, and even published translations and comments. Some of their precious ancient manuscripts are found in European libraries. Avesta and Pahlavi can be studied by non-Zoroastrians for university examinations in India, Iran, Germany, London or America.
Parsis have freely provided generous help to churches, temples and mosques. They participate in oriental conferences evincing interest in all great religions of the world. Their outlook is thus quite catholic and brotherly, in relation to all those outside their community. But they do not admit aliens to their fold. If, however, new fire temples or Towers of Silence are dedicated by fresh "trust deeds” for the benefit of all, there may be no legal bar. Law respects the wishes of donors, who have a right to lay down the scope of beneficiaries of a trust.
