The heritage building of the Central Bank of India at Flora Fountain founded by Sir Sorabji Pochkhanawala in 1911 is undergoing a Rs 3.76 crore restoration in time for the completion of its 100 years. The exterior, which had been marred by ugly additions/alterations and the interior of the ground floor will be restored to its original grandeur, reports the Daily News and Analysis of September 4, 2010.
