Mhow memoirs
Denzil Lobo has already published a book titled A Town Called Mhow. He is in the process of preparing the second volume. He is very eager to get interesting snippets about Mhow to add to his book and collection. If there is proof with the story, that would be great, but even anecdotes and memories are welcome.
He is especially keen to get old photographs. These can be scanned and the owners can retain their original copies. Lobo is very eager to get photos of our old agiary and also the Parsi School. When we were kids, we did not have cameras and even the official photos of the kids during school plays, etc were often taken in Guerra’s studio.
Relevant material may be sent to Denzil Lobo at Bungalow 107, Post Office Road, Mhow (MP) 453441, tel: 07324-271060 or 09893789973. Persons in Bombay may contact me at tel nos: 022-22184779 or 22185832.
