Bombay Realty, a division of Bombay Dyeing of The Wadia Group, has constructed the Wadia International Centre (WIC) at Worli in Bombay. It comprises mixed use master development with a five star hotel, retail and commercial space, serviced apartments, etc, as per a full page advertisement in The Times of India, December 11, 2009.

Bombay Realty also advertises another project at Dadar. The Island City Centre (ICC) consists of "luxurious sea view 3BHK apartments.” "These residences, which are designed and landscaped by highly acclaimed international architects, are nearing completion,” the company states, with fit out expected in the first quarter of 2010.
