Appeal to heritage lovers

Parsis are known to be conservationists who like to preserve their heritage right from small silver spoons to saris, cars and houses. A great deal of this heritage remains in our beautifully maintained ancestral homes. However, this is being lost at a rapid pace due to economic pressures. Many bungalows are being demolished with buildings or malls built on the premises, leaving no evidence of their erstwhile splendor.

Hemant Patil, a professional photographer who has been doing architectural shoots since the last 15 years and has worked with numerous award winning architects, along with veteran architect Girish Doshi, an expert in this field with 25 years of experience having learnt the ropes from internationally acclaimed architect Balkrishna Doshi, and I have undertaken a project to preserve our architectural heritage through photographic documentation.

If you are willing to cooperate by permitting us to photograph and document your architectural marvel for posterity we will visit your house and provide you with a record of details free of cost.
