The BPP drama

The Bombay Parsi Punchayet (BPP) has become an object of ridicule — and intelligent, objective and progressive Parsis wish to have none of it. It is a pure waste of time.

Adult franchise has brought in the obvious. Mediocrity will vote for mediocrity. That is democracy.

It is only when non-Parsis can also ascend to positions of authority over the BPP that affairs will reach heights of good governance. Until then, let the BPP write themselves into another Adi Marzban drama.
