Kyra Shroff: playing in Europe and Asia

The two tournaments each in Slovenia and Italy will be followed by a trip to Indonesia and Thailand. Shroff will play in the ITF (International Tennis Federation) Junior Grade Four events in Jakarta and Java and Grade Five tournaments in Bangkok through the months of June and July, as per the details forwarded by Kyra’s father Firdaus.

At the age of 13 years six months, Shroff will be competing in the under-16 in Europe and in the under-14 in the Asian tournaments. "Of course she is ecstatic about being selected. This will be the first time she will be doing the circuit, playing and collecting points,” says Kyra’s mother Gulshan.
