Jimmy Mistry (at mike), managing director of Della Tecnica, announced his plan to foray into the arena of real estate and development at a vendors’ meet at the Taj Mahal Hotel in May 2004. A leading firm of architects and interior designers, Della Technica’s plan is synonymous with "the company’s goal of becoming a complete solution company, from locating space and designing to the complete execution of the project.” Della Tecnica has a 32,000 sq ft manufacturing unit at Daman, over 650 employees and an annual turnover of Rs 60 crore, as per a press release.
