Well-wisher

When the Bhikha Behram Well was vandalized recently, many non-Parsis were deeply distressed. A Sikh friend of mine went there to say a heartfelt prayer, when he was told by a lady to leave as it was reserved for Parsis only.

I feel ashamed of such bigoted churlishness. Shouldn’t the lady have said "Thank you” instead of being rude?
