BPP election petition update

A fresh application has to be filed before a single judge of the Bombay High Court in the election petition filed by Bombay Parsi Punchayet (BPP) trustees Kersi Randeria and Noshir Dadrawala seeking a date be set for the thrice postponed election for two long standing BPP trusteeship vacancies. No date has been set so far for the hearing.
