BPP election petition

Bombay Parsi Punchayet (BPP) trustees Kersi Randeria and Noshir Dadrawala will move the Bombay High Court of Justices Sharukh J. Kathawalla and Milind Jadhav on Tuesday, September 21 to "fix a schedule” for the thrice delayed BPP elections for two vacancies of trustees on the seven-member board.

Papers were reportedly served on the BPP trustees on September 17.
