In camera at Bombay High Court
The petition filed by Bombay Parsi Punchayet trustees Armaity Tirandaz and Viraf Mehta praying that BPP papers be made available to them was heard in camera today by Bombay High Court Justice S H Kathawalla.
At a hearing the day before the lawyers for the majority four trustees opined some compromise formula could be worked out. Kathawalla had questioned at that hearing where the trustees derived the right to deny their co-trustees BPP papers.
