Altercation leads to hospitalization

An altercation took place reportedly between Bombay Parsi Punchayet (BPP) trustee Kersi Randeria and Hormuz Mehta outside the Ballard Pier magistrate's court on September 8. Former BPP chairman Dinshaw Mehta was also involved in the fight. All parties are presently at St George's Hospital.

The Parsiana representative reports from the Hospital that both parties allege the other started the altercation. Randeria has his arm in sling and a partially bloodshot eye while Hormuz Mehta is on a stretcher awaiting transfer to JJ Hospital for a scan. He reportedly hurt his neck in the quarrel
