Kobad Ghandy - acquitted of charges under UAPA

Regular readers of Parsiana would be aware of the travails of Kobad Ghandy.

The Hindustan Times reported today that he was acquitted today by a Delhi court of all charges under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, but convicted him of cheating, forgery and impersonation under provisions of the Indian Penal Code.
