Cama hearing adjourned

A hearing before the Assistant Charity Commissioner (ACC) regarding the validity of Muncherji Cama's resignation from the Bombay Parsi Punchayet (BPP) has been adjourned to December 14. Cama filed his affidavit at the November 24 hearing, following the breakdown of compromise talks between the parties.

A proposal put forth by Cama's lawyer that he continue as a trustee till the matter is disposed, was not commented on by the ACC.
