The type size used in your pocket calendar is too small. Please increase the font size to 16 point. Please include the dates on which Mother’s Day, Teachers’ Day, etc, occur, so that readers can plan for these in advance. Could we have an article on the Shirinbai Mody Hostel for Working Parsi Women at Worli, and one on the so-called "Widows’ chawls" (an absolutely horrible designation)?

The editors reply:

Due to constraints of space in the pocket date diary we are unable to increase the type size or add more occasions. Diary users like to have space to pen their appointments and other events. Parsiana has over the course of the years focused on the homes for widows.

We eagerly await the arrival of the semimonthly magazine which brings community news from all around the globe. Staying far away in a place like Noida in Uttar Pradesh, it gives us news which we are unable to get on a day-to-day basis. Thank you, Parsiana.
