Parsiana’s strengths: Unbiased and all round coverage of Parsi/Zoroastrian events, issues and happenings. Shortcomings: Too little space for youth and entertainment. You should have a quiz, trivia or puzzle section. ARIZ KERSI BOKDAWALLA

Parsiana’s strengths: Free and frank coverage. Shortcomings: None.

Parsiana’s strengths: Lot of knowledge about our community and the Parsis abroad. Shortcomings: Need education and lots of information about Zoroastrianism. PESI A. DAMANIA
Parsiana’s strengths: Very topical and interesting coverage, with all areas covered. Shortcomings: Would like to see a food section (recipes) in all issues, specially the heritage Vividh Vani recipes (in English) which many of us do not have access to either because it is out of print or one can’t read Gujarati.

The editors reply:
Agreed. Our August 7 issue carried recipes from Vividh Vani.
Parsiana’s strengths: Good information, wide coverage, internationally and regular. Shortcomings: Nothing.
A. K. KATHAWALLA
Parsiana’s strengths: The extensive coverage and unbiased perspective and editorials. Shortcomings: Encourage Parsis to look to the future of our community and preserve our religion by forward and progressive thinking — not living in the past. Dr JEROO LAM
Parsiana’s strengths: Good coverage of contemporary events. Shortcomings: More information needed about Parsi stalwarts of the 19th and 20th centuries.
