Erratum

In "Entitled to enter? — II” (Parsiana, September 7, 2011) when citing the case of Sardar Syedna Taher Saifuddin Saheb vs The Estate of Bombay we had erroneously stated that the court held that excommunication was unconstitutional. We are informed that as per the judgment excommunication was said to offend Article 25 that protects religious freedom. The error is regretted.
