Katrak’s five good men

The Parvez Katrak Foundation celebrated its annual day on March 12, 2009 at a function held in the hall of the Sir J. J. High School, Fort, during which gold medals were awarded to five "sincere social activists,” as per a write-up received from its 85-year-old founder president and kirtan exponent Parvez Katrak. During the past 18 years the Foundation has felicitated 90 such deserving achievers, the write-up mentions.
