Transforming lives

Dhan Behram Palkhivala and her son Jehangir, noted yoga instructors launched four CDs by holistic healer Dr Gulrukh Bala at Prem Puri Ashram in Bombay on April 16, 2007. Known for her life transforming work, Bala, founder of Heartlight Ascension, is a counselor and teacher. As a published author and creator of healing CDs, she helps people to cope with life and stress, as per a write-up forwarded to Parsiana.

Dhan Palkhivala spoke in glowing terms about how deeply Bala must love people to dedicate her energy and time to create these life transforming CDs. She dwelt on the importance Bala places on gratitude; we often tend to take life for granted and forget to count our blessings. Rather than attending courses and lectures, one could listen to the CDs and begin inner change with Bala’s gentle voice bringing instant peace to the listener, claims the write-up.

The first CD, Winning Innings — For Children and Young Adults has 10 tracks which deal with opening a child’s heart and mind to intrinsic goodness. The next one, Healing Feelings — Chants and Bhajans, has chants in ancient languages to gather the force of light into our own heartlight. It also has 10 tracks of bhajans, to incorporate devotion and love in our lives. ReDesign By Design – De-stress With Nature aims at raising the level of happiness within people who, while working hard, forget their tranquil nature. The last CD is You Can Bridge The Divide — Your Journey of Life Merging With Light, which is also the title of Bala’s forthcoming book providing five vital meditations to clear stale issues and allow one to flow into joy and gratitude. The audio CD is part of the book. It contains meditations to transform life with courage and confidence, gratitude and love.

Bala’s Eternal Calendar, launched by Arun Kumar Gandhi, holds reminders which gently bring us back to our center, nurturing and motivating us into our higher mind. The healer takes us on a morning journey each day as we flip the page to read yet another resourceful thought to empower an action oriented life. Finally, Bomie Doctor released Bala’s revamped website, www.heartlight_ascension.com, on which all her work is available. It is also available on order.
