“Mistry’s ministry”

As a former long-time resident of Hyderabad I read with great interest about the career of the late Roda Mistry ("Mistry’s ministry,” In Memoriam, Parsiana, January 2005) whom I had the good fortune to know. However she was not the first Zoroastrian member of the Rajya Sabha. Dinshawji Dadabhai Italia was a member of the Rajya Sabha in the early 1950s. Italia had also been a member of the Legislative Assembly of the former Hyderabad state.
