Support Parsiana

Newspapers and magazines are very powerful media. They are the voice of the people. Parsiana is the voice of the Zarathushti people around the globe. I have been reading Parsiana for many years and I still love to read this wonderful magazine which provides worldwide Zarathushti news, from Parsi politics to Parsi cuisines and many interesting topics on wide-ranging subjects concerning our community. It would befit Parsiana to also impart valuable knowledge of the Mazdayasni Zarathushti din (religion), traditions and customs, culture and history to create awareness in our community which is absolutely necessary at present to avert misunderstanding, commotion and transgressions.

From every Parsiana issue I am very happy to learn that in this turbulent world my Zarathushti community is living in peace and harmony with other communities and cultures and making excellent progress. Of course we quarrel among ourselves but we remain united.

Thanks to Parsiana I get to read about my community in the comfort of my home but from time to time I have also learned that in the present economic climate it is extremely difficult for any publication with a small readership to survive. Parsiana needs the community’s sincere support and goodwill from home and abroad.
