is supposed to be a reply to Parsiana,, of April(Complaints lodged by us are enumerat

The most unusual thing about.this de-

for their misdeeds against their fellow-man
are to be issued clean certificate as if any
normal good man ever needs one. The very
fact is a suspicious move to hide something
which should have been out.
Let us scrutinise the declaration.
That the complaints lodged by us are
false and baseless. May I ask the Trustees
which are the bases of complaints that they
inspected, examined and considered and
when was that done? This they have never
replied to nor even remotely attempted to
do. It is just a vague statement to confound
unwary readers of newspapers, who just

Our reply is that since November 1970
to April 1971 silence observed by the Trus
tees was out of necessity because they needed
time to alter, rearrange and outwardly put
right what was patently wrong and to de
stroy evidence. For that reason only Vesuha
could go near Bajan’s room. Bulsara and

On 9th February 1971 I wrote a letter to
Mr. Mistry asking him why over months the
Trustees could not secure the controvertial
log-book we were asking for inspection and
made a sarcastic note “You are an admirable
lot.” I sent a copy of that letter to Messrs.,
Kapadia & Damania, Panchayat’s auditors.
Within a couple of days I met Mr, Damania
in a social function. There I asked him
whether he had received a copy of my letter
to Trustees and what he had done about it.
He told me “I cannot act on suggestions from
people outside. I must get instructions from
the Trustees.” This suggests that the state
ment of any surprise visit prior to this date
is a vague throw in the face of the public.
First inspection must have pccured after this
date and even to that all the above said end trust-worthy as an experiment in truth,
basic inquiry items are equally applicable.
